Our CLIP methodology is the foundation for all programs and content on My Open Campus and is a “patent pending” model developed by Enhance Education

  • The model uses the power of the community to create students more suited to the industry
  • CLIP shifts the power from the trainer to the students
  • CLIP focuses on application of knowledge

Community

  • Most of the core learning is done by using the community knowledge
  • The community is also used to help filter content and catalog good quality content
  • The community is also used to answer a lot of questions beyond the classroom sessions
  • The community also is a guardian to lot of industry knowledge and application

Interactive

  • The approach is highly interactive
  • A significant amount of time is spent in discussions and Q&A
  • All classroom based training is focused on building skills and not just lectures

Student Centric

  • CLIP  revolves around the student
  • Professor has a deeper role as a facilitator and a mentor
  • Community, Videos by top professors, Q&A make the student feel in the drivers seat

Employability

  • CLIP is oriented towards making students employable
  • Using community and interactive sessions students get a deeper understanding of the subject
  • Professors spend time on application of the subject
  • Q&A focuses on real life and industry content

Recycle

  • CLIP focuses on using existing content
  • This allows the best content to be used rather than aimless creation of new content of questionable quality
  • Focus can then be on Application of knowledge rather than just theoretical knowledge

Renewable Learning

  • All new content which is created during the sessions is recorded and given back to the community
  • This allows new content to be added to the community knowledge and available for future use
  • All questions asked are answered by mentors and given back to the community
  • This creates a continuous cycle of taking from and giving back to the community

Sustainable

  • CLIP creates a sustainable model which reduces the dependency on highly qualified professors
  • The CLIP model is structured such that it can be replicated across time and does not depend on capability of individuals
  • By creating a community around learning it creates a sustainable model
