Depends, if your college has given MOC access to its faculty then the onus of answering is on them. We would ideally want your proffessors to answer your questions and take them up in a physical class setting. This is the best way knowledge is spread. If there are no professors appointed by the college, MOC will hire Subject Matter Experts from the industry and make sure all questions and queries are promptly answered. The community can also answer your question, if you are lucky you will have peers who know the answer to your question. They can post the answer which is wheted by the community, ranked and then published. This is our Collaborative Learning Model Either way - a student wont have an unanswered query for long. That is our promise. There are no restrictions to uploading data, you can upload videos, reference materials, presentations - basically any content which you feel is relavant to the topic. We understand that security is of utmost importance for a college. We have strict permission based guidelines, which ensure that no unauthorized access is allowed to the portal. Additionally, an administrator from Colleges / Institution is appointed. MOC is so secure that it is nearly impossible for an outsider to access any content or demographic information of any students or teacher
